Castro Valdez, Rías Baixas, Spain, 2015

Castro Valdez was founded in 1983 by Jose Castro Brey high up in the Ulla valley, in the Ribeira do Ulla subzone of Rías Baixas. This beautiful Albariño has good fruit concentration on the palate, with flavours of apricot and peach. There is a zesty acidity that balances out the fruit, making a refreshing, enjoyable wine.
