A smooth, ripe red with mulberry and red fruit aromas, a touch of toastiness and five years of bottle age, for under a fiver – hard to complain! The promise of the nose isn't quite fulfilled in the mouth, but this is an attractive and easy-drinking blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, an inexpensive alternative to Rioja. Part of Lidl's core range.
