Spain has the highest number of organic vineyards in Europe. Produced from some of those, which are also dry-farmed, this blend has a bouquet of poached pear, ripe lemon rind, lime Starburst and starfruit. Straw notes on the nose allude to its provenance and add a subtle savoury edge. Flavours of lemon sherbet and grilled pink grapefruit come through on the palate to produce a very solid wine for the price.
