A blend of Chenin Blanc from several plots, the 2020 'Signature White' has been aged 'sur lie' and matured in used barrels for at least 12 months to add richness. Buttered yellow fruits and ripe peach on the nose, smooth with butterscotch and bitter yellow apple peel on the palate, followed by a clean finish.
