A rich, creamy nose of white peach and citrus. Good level of freshness on the saline palate; malolactic fermentation, combined with bâtonnage in stainless steel tanks, results in a rounded texture and hints of creamy pastry. A dash of previous vintages was also added, contributing to the great depth of yellow fruits, ripe melon, and a touch of honey on the profound finish.
