Whole bunch pressed and fermented in barrel, the 100% Pinot Blanc has a sweet nose of freshly peeled pear and white blossom. Sweet-spiced quince and white peach with saline minerals on the palate. 7 months of ageing in 4 to 10-year-old Burgundy barrels provided more polishing, while the frequent lees stirring led to a rich texture.
