In June 2024, the Wiltshire-based producer released its first wine from estate-grown fruit. Aromas of egg tart, golden apple, and hints of red cherry are complemented by touches of toast, butter, and honey. Bright acidity (9.2g/l) underscores flavours of golden apple and spiced lemon zest, with a salty tang. 36 months on lees, combined with full malolactic fermentation, have given the wine a rounded, textured weight. Roasted almonds lead to a saline finish.
