Onion pink in colour, this rosé presents aromas of sweet cherry, strawberry, and cream. Peppery on the attack, it reveals ripe peach and blood orange. Savoury and spiced, with bright acidity and a clean finish. Partially fermented in barrels and aged for a minimum of 22 months on lees, with a residual sugar of 8g/l.
