A complex, yeasty nose of brioche, cream, fresh orange and lemon curd, smooth-textured on the palate with creamy marmalade, ripe apple peel, butter, candied pear and bitter lime zest, followed by a biscuity finish from 18 months of lees aging. Residual sugar sits at 8g/l, making this 2016 Blanc de Blancs a pleasant sip on its own.
