All of the grape varieties (mainly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Müller-Thurgau) used to make this wine are fermented together, contributing to an exotic-scented, cheerful sparkling wine. Sweet herbs, mango, and lychee on the nose, with refreshing, zesty green fruits on the palate. The 5.3g/l of residual sugar is well-balanced by 6.4g/l of acidity, making it a perfect companion for dishes accentuated by Asian spices.
