Chapel Down, Kit's Coty Chardonnay, Kent, England, United Kingdom 2019

From the sunny Kit's Coty single vineyard in Kent, the Chardonnay was fermented in oak using indigenous yeast, followed by 10 months of ageing on lees. Full malolactic fermentation gives the wine a creamy nose, with alluring yellow fruits, pastry on the textured palate. A touch of honey-roasted nuts towards the finish. Extremely long and in perfect harmony.
