Made with Pinot Noir and Meunier, this sparkling Rosé is a blend of 23 reserve wines, as the name suggests. Aged on lees for at least 3 years, it's intensely bready on the nose with soya and bruised apple perfume. Saline and crisp on the palate, with layers of red summer berries and red apple, leading to umami and peachy depth on the mid-palate and the long finish.

A creamy, intense non-vintage rosé containing 75% reserve wine. Ripe peach, cherry jam, and bruised apple on the nose. Three years on lees add more depth and textural richness to the palate. Red berries and ripe apple sweetness are brightened up by zingy acidity. Depth of sweet spices and burnt sugar lead to a long finish.
