A bright, textual blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay made in Norfolk’s Waveney Valley. Winemaker Ben Witchell ferments each variety separately and ages each in old French oak before compiling the blend. The 2019 Silex shows dried apple and fresh pineapple fruit and honey-nut notes. It has a chalky, textural bite that really grabs the attention.
