This is a late-disgorged version of the estate's 2015 Brut Reserve. Sourdough, green citrus, star fruits and Nashi pear on the nose. Crisp and pure on the palate, lemon curd and green fruits unravel yeasty depth, with creamy brioche and hints of butter. Limpid acidity shines through, with red apple peel on the finish.
