Hattingley Valley, STILL Rosé, England, United Kingdom, 2019

Made using Pinot Noir Précoce from Kent and Berkshire vineyards, this newly released English rosé by Hattingley Valley is made using Saignée method. Fresh strawberry and stone fruits jump right out from the glass, white blossom on the nose with a hint of flint. Ripe and juicy with berry and peach on the palate, spiced by a pinch of white pepper, bitter lime peel notes provide balance. it's a simple but pleasing rose combined with a flashy label - perfect for beach-side parties.
