Sitting on the sunny south-facing slope in Hampshire, where historically a hop garden is now planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. Yeast, bruised apple, sourdough notes emerge from the glass, on the palate it displays bruised apple acidity and a toasty, soy sauce-like undertone.
