Made with the Champagne trio, this sparkling rosé is salmon-pink in colour, with ripe red apples, blood orange and cranberry fruits on the nose. Orange zests, bread and candied strawberry fruits on the palate, dusted by white pepper spices. Bitter orange peel follow to the yeasty finish. Aged on lees for a minimum of 24 months.
