The current release of the sparkling rosé is based on the 2019 vintage (82%) and 2018 vintage. Yeasty perfume unravels a bouquet of summer berries and red cherry. Partially fermented in used oak, the base wine was aged for seven months before being blended with 7% red wine and 18% reserve wine. After bottling, the rosé was left on lees for 20 months and finished with a dosage of just 2g/l. Dry, crisp and linear on the palate, featuring blood orange, red apple peel and a touch of bitter almond. Zingy freshness linger on the tip of the tongue; it's a vivacious aperitif made for festive gatherings.
