Crafted from estate-grown fruit in the West Sussex estate, with vineyards established on former golf courses, the Blanc de Blancs exudes aromas of lemon sorbet, pear, and a hint of rice cracker. On the palate, it reveals golden apple, lemon tart, brioche, and apple crumble. A limpid salinity carries through to a delightful finish of nutmeg and lemon zest. Precise and elegant. The estate was founded in 2017 by Penny Streeter OBE, with the ambition of creating a South African-style wine tourism destination in the UK.
