The 10% of Pinotage in the blend makes this rosé an intriguing one to try. Whole-bunch pressed, with only free-run juice fermented in steel tanks, followed by full malolactic fermentation. Fresh raspberry and confected cherry on the nose, with hints of grass on the palate, striking a good balance with the ripe red berry fruits. Saline with ripe cherry liqueur to finish.
