An elegant, beautifully poised Pinot Noir crafted by London's first urban winery. Salted cherry and strawberry on the nose, showcasing great purity and concentration on the palate. The smoky red berries are held together with a soft tannin grip, leading to rose petal preserve for depth. Bright acidity shines through a long finish. 80% whole bunch and carbonic maceration preserved the vivid berry fruits. Aged on lees for seven months with just a touch of new oak (12%).
