English rosé is getting better with each vintage and this 2023 from Denbies – a blend of Pinot Noir and Dornfelder from dry-farmed 38-year old vines – really impresses. Racy acidity deftly balances cut green apple, orange peel, green strawberries and candied lemon on the textured, chalky palate.
