A field blend of 40-year-old German varietals and Pinot Noir from West Sussex. Flinty stone fruits, pollen and a hint of acacia honey on the nose. Crunchy green fruits with a honeyed layer of melon and peach, refreshed by mineral acidity. Warm herbs and lime peel on the finish. The label depicts the double-curtain trellising system in winter, painted by Bridget Gladwin, the owner of the estate.
