The 2010 vintage marks the second release of the white edition of the estate's Prestige Cuvée. Tank-fermented followed by eight months on lees, the wine features a complex bouquet of wheat crackers, red cherry, white peach, and ripe pears. Extremely yeasty and creamy on the palate, with rich brioche, roasted nuts, and a pinch of cinnamon spices, revealing an undertone of red fruits and lemon freshness. Complex and profound.
