Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, Nyetimber continues to produce an exemplary range of wines at its state-of-the art facilities in Pulborough. The Classic Cuvée and this highly accomplished Rosé are both now multi-vintage blends, with the fruit in this wine coming from the 2013 and 2011 vintages. A Pinot Noir-dominant wine, it is fruity and rounded yet elegant, with beautiful balance and a long, harmonious finish.

Made with 10% to 20% reserve wine, this is one of the driest wines from Nyetimber, with residual sugar at 9g/l. Summer berry fruits, toasted biscuits on the nose, it has fresh raspberry, crunchy green apple acidity on the palate, rounded by brioche notes.
