Oastbrook’s first Pinot Gris is made in partnership with winemaker Simon Woodhead. White peach and apricot on the nose, with a mineral and white pepper undertone; saline green apple and lime fruits on the palate plus notes of green grass and citrus zest. The finish is very cleansing.
