Oastbrook, Rosé, Sussex, England, United Kingdom, 2014

Toasted bread sits on top of a fresh red strawberry and bruised apple nose. A generous mousse is followed by a juicy and fruity palate with a touch of residual sugar balanced by bitter citrus zests. The finish is clean and concise. This 2014 rose is the estate's first wine, which is a blend of Pinot Noir and Auxerrois and has spent 38 months resting on lees before disgorgement.
