Fresh red cherries, tomato leaves and bruised apples on the nose, with a savoury soya undertone from bottle aging. More toasty hints on the palate, with crunchy citrus acidity. The honeyed apple peel bitterness follows to the finish. The 2015 vintage is a blend of three classic Champagne grapes, with less dosage than the inaugural vintage. It has spent 40 months resting on lees before disgorgement.
