Produced in 50cl bottles ('the perfect pour for four'), the 2021 vintage marks the first commercial release of the 'Mini' edition of the estate's traditional method vintage sparkling wine (2020 was the first vintage). Aged for 32 months in bottle, it opens with boiled peach and toast, alongside citrus and white peach perfume on the nose. Zingy on the attack, it boasts more white fruits and lovely freshness on the palate. A touch of hazelnut to finish. Gentle and approachable.
