Golden in colour with an amber hue, this wine presents aromas of golden apple, pastry and cream. On the palate, brioche and roasted salted almonds intertwine with red berries and apple tart, all underscored by bright acidity, followed by a long, nutty finish. Steel fermented with full malolactic fermentation, it spent 8 years on lees, offering textural complexity and weight while remaining vibrant and refreshing.
