A quintessential British Rosé bursting with elegant wild strawberry, red currant and pink grapefruit aromas. The petillance is intense but pleasant, for a fruity palate that has a delicious honeyed lining but is also underpinned by an unmistakable English acidity. Fragrant, inviting yet so precise.

Gorgeously floral and inviting, this red berry-focused rosé sparkling from Ridgeview is an elegant partner to most occasions. Being British, it could be paired equally well with sandwiches and sunshine, or a barbeque in the rain. It's soft and creamy, with subtle hints of toasted nuts, fresh raspberry fruit and refined bubbles that create amplitude and texture in the mouth. Beautifully balanced and complex. Grapes from Ridgeview's own vineyard in Ditchling, Sussex, in the South Downs National Park, and also from partner vineyards across the south and east of England.
