Sourced from the Ridgeview home vineyard planted in 1995, the 2018 Blanc de Blancs features yuzu zest, yellow pear and quince on the nose with bready complexity. Bright acidity with rounded texture on the palate, thanks to 42 months of ageing on lees. Elegant and refined, it showcases layers of spiced lemon, peach and yellow apple peel, leading to depth of cream biscuit. The estate's proximity to the coast brings a savoury undertone. The 2016 vintage of this wine was served at King Charles' first State Banquet as the reception wine.
