From the glorious 2018 vintage and aged for 48 months on lees, the Classic Cuvée features a generous, perfumed nose of sweet pear and touches of red berries, dusted with hints of toast. Fresh white fruits and raspberry depth on the palate are balanced by crunchy green fruits, seasoned with white spices and apricot peel. The base wine was aged in old Burgundian oak with a dosage of 7g/l for roundness and texture. Almond and umami notes cleanse the finish.
