The NV release is based on the 2016 vintage, with six years on lees. It opens with a toasty, creamy nose, featuring honey-roasted hazelnuts, lemon sherbet, and yoghurt. Zingy acidity cuts through the creamy mousse, complemented by salted citrus on the palate. Leaner in style, with razor-sharp focus, it offers spiced umami notes on a clean finish. Complex and elegant, it was crafted at Surrey-based producer Greyfriars Vineyard.
