This vintage from the team at Simpsons Wine Estate in Kent is a little more taut and tightly wound that previous iterations. 2021 was a somewhat tricky vintage in the UK, with widespread frost and wet and cold weather, although Simpsons escaped with little impact from frost. Autumn redeemed the vintage, with enough sunshine to ripen the grapes. This is aromatic, with good purity of citrus fruit.
