You'd be hard pressed to put this in England if tasted blind. Charles and Ruth Simpson have been making wine in southern France for 18 years, and returned to the UK in 2012 to buy this estate in Kent's chalky North Downs. Their impressive rosé is full of soft, juicy white peach and strawberry fruit, with florality and mouthwatering acidity. Gives Provence a run for its money.
