Sixteen Ridges was founded in 2007 and now has three vineyard sites in Worcestershire. This Bacchus certainly gives Touraine Sauvignon a run for its money - there are fresh scents of green bell pepper, grass, citrus and herbs. The palate starts with fresher citrus notes before descending into a leafy, mulchy finish with touches of white pepper, gooseberry and hay. The perfect accompaniment to fish dishes. Available from 14th July 2017.
