Ex McLaren Formula 1 engineer Simon Woodhead decided to change career and studied Viticulture at Plumpton College, before planting Stopham's vineyard in 2007. This Pinot Blanc is the essence of summer, with aromatic summer meadow scents alongside a touch of steely minerality. The mouthfeel is soft and round with apple and stone fruit flavours. It has a long, pure finish with just a hint of residual sugar showing itself at the end.
