Made for The Society by Gloucestershire wine estate Three Choirs, this fresh and summery white is also available in 225cl bag in box format. There's a tiny bit of Bacchus in the mix so not the overwhelming elderflower and gooseberry Bacchus character that you find in some English wines. It's made mainly from Germanic varieties such as Siegerrebe, Phoenix, Madeleine Angevine and Reichensteiner, and is very English in character, fresh and fruity with notes of green apple, citrus, white blossom and hedgerow greenery. Simple and fresh, an easy quaffer.
