Fermented in old Burgundian barrels and left on coarse lees for nine months, this wine presents citrus blossom and dried mango on the nose. Elegant salinity on the palate is interlaced with layers of dried apricot, mango, and lemon zest. Textured and suave, a pinch of white pepper adds a touch of spice towards the bitter yuzu notes on the finish.
