A field blend with the oldest plantings traced back to 2007. The base wine underwent full malolactic fermentation, followed by two years on lees. Aromas of lemon sorbet and a touch of ripe melon are complemented by subtle hints of toast and cream. The palate is crisp and vibrant, offering mouth-watering saltiness alongside ripe white fruits and steamed rice. Saline and refined, the salted citrus tang lingers. Only 4000 bottles were produced.
