A cool yellow-pink in colour, with leafy, savoury aromatic notes.  On the palate, structured, dry, masterful and earthy: a food-friendly style (based on 2010; 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay, including 12% red wine; no malo)

Made by the talented Dermot Sugrue, who is playing a big part in shaping the UK sparkling wine industry, this is a delicious fizz made from classic Champagne varieties. It is fresh and alive with pretty raspberry and red cherry fruit flavours embedded in an elegant framework which makes it ideal as an aperitif.
