Barbaba Laithwaite and Cherry Thompson crafted this boutique sparkling wine from vines planted 10 years ago. From a 2-hectare vineyard planted in Chiltern Hills located South of Oxfordshire, this is predominantly Chardonnay with some Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and displays citrus fruit, white flowers and creamy notes. Refreshing acidity and nicely balanced with some crunchy green apples and delicate yeasty notes. This is a serious sparkling which will continue evolving nicely with time.
