A red Pet Nat made by a Demeter-certified Biodynamic producer from Monmouth, south-east Wales. A blend of Alsace-originated Triomphe and Chardonnay, it exudes bright cherry candy, bubble gum and raspberry on the nose. Funky and joyful on the palate, boasting confected peach, red berries and limpid acidity. The refreshing salinity finishes with clean, moreish umami.
