A traditional method sparkling wine from Wales made using the German hybrid Phoenix grape. Aged for 12 months on lees, the wine emits fragrant green fruits and perfumed herbs, plus boiled white peach on the nose. Star fruits and crisp acidity on the palate, youthful with steamed rice umami notes on the finish.
