Done in a riper style, this rosé is a blend of Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon made via saignee. It's got fresh berry aromatics with a hint of wet slate peeking through. The palate is ripe, redolent of cut strawberries and cream, and notes of sweet rhubarb backed with a tinge of savoury herb.
