This Gamay is light and fresh but with depth to add complexity and interest. Floral notes, delicate fruit on the nose (cherry and raspberry), and savoury earth notes on the palate. Bright acidity and light tannins aid its food-friendly qualities. It can be drunk independently but plays well with others, specifically on Thanksgiving. From perhaps the only female, LGBT, and indigenous-owned wine brand in the US.
