Aromas of Christmas spice, tart fresh blackberries, liquorice, and underlying espresso bean are owing to the 60% new French oak barreling. The density of blackberry and ripe chocolate-covered cherries meld with ample structure and savoury elements of dried garrigue. The finish offers hints of smoke and stony minerals that play well together.
