Beautifully expressive with vibrant, yeasty aromas. In the mouth this Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blend is multi-layered and intensely flavoured with freshly baked bread, spiced white peach, and tangy acidity. This is a very engaging and accomplished bottle of sparkling wine.
