With fruit sourced from vineyards on the north side of the Alexander Valley, there is real decadence here: ripe blackberry meets sweet spice, plus dense notes of cocoa, black tea and herbal undertones. French oak provides vanilla spice and tannins and encourages an almost sweet finish.
